Kassie and David where amazing hosts and the property was excellent! It’s very clear they care about the home and making sure people have a great time - everything was clean, well maintained, with great instructions and amenities.

From the time that we booked our stay, David and Kasandra were absolutely amazing!! The house was so beautiful and clean. We cooked meals everyday for 6 people and were so happy to have a kitchen fully stocked with everything we need from silverware and napkins, to pots and pans. The bedrooms and living areas were all so beautifully decorated and comfortable that it really made for a luxurious vacation home getaway.

David and Kasandra went above and beyond to accommodated us in any way they could and we would HIGHLY. staying here, and we will definitely be staying again in the future!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation in Arizona. We spent most of the time in the backyard oasis and playing all of the games that were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with so many extras. Would definitely return if we ever get back to the area.

We normally go on a couples getaway annually in January to the ocean but this year with all that was happening decided to stay within the USA. This property was perfect - very clean, everything we needed on location with lots of game options, lots to do in the area, and the heated pool topped it off! Would visit this property again!

This was a great house for kids and adults alike. we had grandparents stay with us for part of the stay, it was nice to have one level and easy access to rooms and swimming pool. Hiking and biking so close to the house was fantastic. We spent a lot of time and Lake Pleasant which was only 15-20 minutes away.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and found the prefect spot to stay. The house was incredible. The pool was great. And Kassie and David were friendly and attentive hosts. Thank you for an awesome time in Arizona. We will definitely be back.

This home is beautiful and well appointed. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool area and game room, both with toys for the adults and children. The owners, Kassandra and David, were fantastic to work with! Any questions we had were answered very quickly. If we find ourselves vacationing in the Phoenix area again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The house had plenty of room for seven guests. The house is clean, in great condition, and up-to-date looking. David and Kassandra are friendly and promptly answered my phone calls. They were helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Our family (2 adults, 4 teens, 2 kids) had a fantastic week of vacation staying in this beautiful home. The owners were very easy to communicate with for reservations and made check in and check out simple and smooth. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it very convenient for all of us to have our own spaces. The back patio, pool, and fire pit area have nice views and are great for relaxing. The game room was a big hit with all the teens and kids. The kitchen is well stocked, actually the whole house had all the extras provided (laundry detergent, Kleenex, trash bags, sunscreen, body wash, pool toys, etc). They even had a nice supply of snacks and drinks when we arrived! Great location with plenty of shopping, hiking, and restaurants close by. We would definitely Stay here again if we return to the area.

This property is amazing; clean, spacious, well equipped. We had guests between the ages of 72 and 34 and there was plenty to keep us occupied. From relaxing in the heated pool, to roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, to playing the numerous games. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. In our case this was a central place for family to come together for a long weekend. Kassandra is an amazing hostess. She provided a tour when we arrived and answered all our questions. We even had some questions come up during our stay and she was only a text away. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future. Thank you Kassandra and David!

From the minute we arrived until the time we left, David and Kassandra were the perfect hosts! We could not have asked for anything more!! The property was clean and nicely laid out with all the amenities we needed plus many extras. We were a party of 8 and found that there was tons to do to keep everyone entertained...the pool was great, as were the board games. The games room was a hit! Shopping was easily accessible with being just down the road. An added bonus for us was that there were several hiking trails in the area! If we are ever in Peoria again, we will definitely consider staying at this VRBO again!!

The pool is fabulous. The pool area provides both sun and shade. Patio and pool area is stocked with great chairs, lounges, floats, pool toys, etc. The outdoor grill area is also another plus. Fire pit is stocked daily with wood.

Another plus is the town of Peoria. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, etc.  You can't miss with this house!!!!

My extended family and I stayed here for a week in late March and it was a great experience. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, along with offering plenty of space for the 8 of us. The accommodations were amazing and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas each day. The game room was a hit with the kids and fun for the adults too! David and Kassandra couldn’t have been better hosts and we appreciated their hospitality throughout our stay. The house is also located in a great area just a few minutes alway from many excellent shopping areas and restaurants. Overall, it was a great vacation and we hope to return again someday!

The property is beautiful! It was perfect for our group of seven. David and Kassandra were great hosts, very accommodating and attentive.

We had a group of eight adults, 4 married couples. The home is comfortable and beautiful. David and Kassandra really tried to accommodate our needs and wishes. The neighborhood is quiet, on the northern end of Peoria. The house and pool were very clean. The beds were softer than we are used to, but still got a goods night sleep. I would recommend renting this home, and would do so again in the future

David and Caasndra's home is amazing. The pictures do not do justice to this property. The pool was fabulous and a hit with the grandkids. So was the game room. The home had all of the necessities for using the great outdoor grill and firepit (as well as for cooking indoors). We have not a single complaint. But most importantly, Cassandra and David were wonderful hosts. They even remembered a birthday cake for our son in law. We highly recommend for a great spring break and spring training vacation.

This is the 2nd time we have state at this property. There is easy access to dining and shopping and spring training games. The owners are wonderful hosts and very accommodating to their guests. WE love it and will be back.

The house is beautiful. We loved the pool area the most. Plenty of room for sun or shade yet still be together. David and Kassandra were great hosts! They really worked hard to ensure our stay was wonderful (which it was). The welcoming basket was appreciated. When we had fires in the fire pit more wood was available the next day. Easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. Ultimately, could not have been any better.

We had the most wonderful time. I don’t know where to begin! All of the thoughtful touches, from our check in process and meeting David and Kassandra, to all of the pool toys, the bottle of wine, a cold water ready for us when we arrived from the airport, building a new log fire (ready for our evening fire time!) each day while we were out and about, the wonderful way the house was laid out for our family, the warm pool, pool towels, and on and on. Cannot say enough good things. Everything was spotless. Thank you David and Kassandra, we can’t wait to come back!!

This is a lovely home - 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath. A huge kitchen, perfect for food prep and family meals. Beautiful pool with a fun waterfall feature. Every part of the home was extremely clean and well appointed. The hosts went above and beyond to meet our needs.

We rented this property for 2 weeks with family coming in and out during that period, we were 9 at one point. The home is unbelievable, set up to give privacy and a dream kitchen.

The pool area faces south so sunshine all day long with lots of seating and a glass of wine while the bbq is cooking in the evening was so relaxing. We used the fire pit a couple nights. The property is located close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. David and Kassandra are great hosts. Highly recommend this property

This was our 2nd year to stay at this house and we could not be more pleased. The owners make sure that you are taken care of. We come back when we get back to Arizona.

David and Cassandra have a wonderful home and were extremely helpful during our week stay. David's Mexican restaurant recommendation was a home run which we visited on consecutive nights. Their home is in a wonderful location and the outdoor grill and pool area were a huge hit. You cant go wrong with choosing this home.

We had an awesome time in Peoria. David and Kassandra were excellent hosts! They both met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know inside the house and outside the property. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable in their home. We felt we were in a perfect location, not far from everything we could want or need. The property was also very private and felt safe. We enjoyed the pool daily and the fire pit every night. David kept our fire wood pile stocked so we never had to think about running out of wood! They were very personable, although their home is located at the back of the property we felt we always had the privacy we wanted. We were a little rowdy at night so the privacy of this property was perfect for our group, we never worried about bothering any neighbors. We would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely return for another visit! Thanks again David and Kassandra for helping to make our visit to AZ such a great time!

Owners had everything except the food we needed for Thanksgiving dinner for 8. Pool was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the hockey games and packman.We had lots of room for 4 families everything was 1st class. Would return again

We enjoyed a week with 7 family members in this beautiful home. The pool was great since the days were HOT! The hosts were amazing and not intrusive. All the comforts of home and more. This was so much more than we had expected. Short drive to Surprise Stadium and other ballparks and this was important since we were here for Spring Training and went to a game everyday. Short drive to Hot Air Balloon Ride. We also enjoyed the train ride at Verde Canyon and the detective work at Phoenix Escape. Lots of interests. Something for everyone. Memorable vacation for all. We are so glad we cancelled our hotel reservations and booked this fantastic home! There were 4 adult couples and this house exceeded our expectations. David and Kassandra were great hosts and made us feel very welcome during our stay. The home is spacious and roomy with everything you need. Quality furnishings...appliances...lovely landscape...even garages to park your car in! We really enjoyed the fire pit each night and David made sure we had plenty of firewood. We didn't use the pool because we were gone during the day and the evening temps were cool but it was beautiful just to look at! I would highly recommend this home for adults and/or families. Only suggestion I can make would be for the 4th bedroom - add an armoire or dresser to hold clothing and add a TV. The game room was an added bonus as well as the treats and goodies left for us. We had a wonderful experience thanks to David and Kassandra!

There were 4 couples in our golfing group and we could not have been more pleased with our rental home. Everything that someone would need was there for us to use. The location is perfect and a lot less crowded than being in Surprise. The home and back deck is decorated beautifully and very inviting for swimming or just lounging in the sun. This is the best VRBO place we have ever stayed in. I ran out of chocolate covered almonds one afternoon and Cassandra brought me some more within 15 minutes. The owners could not have been more helpful.

Our time here to celebrate my parents 80th Birthday could not have been more perfect. From the time we arrived beginning with a tour of this beautiful home from the owners to the day we left everything was perfect. The home is stunning and so well equipped with all that is needed for our stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The location is also perfect, quiet but close to everything and the town of Peoria is great, seemed very new with tons of restaurants and stores. All 8 in our party give it 5 stars and look forward to the day we can return. Thanks David and Kassandra!!!!!!

My family and I met in Phoenix for a Thanksgiving break and stayed at David and Kassandra's house. The house was great! It was very clean, and spacious. The games were a ton a fun to have around, and the fireplace in the back was a great nightly activity. The rooms were very cozy and everything worked great. We visit Phoenix every few years and we plan to stay here again!

David and Kassandra's expansive home was perfect for our family and far beyond our expectations. The home, landscaping and pool are beautiful and immaculately clean. The rooms are extra large and airy; the master suite is huge and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is amazing with everything a family would need to prepare fabulous meals. The poolside BBQ is professional grade and easy to use. The steaks and BBQ we made turned out perfectly due to the fine control of the burners. If you love to cook, you will really appreciate the well appointed kitchen and BBQ.

Our kids really enjoyed the high-speed Wi-Fi and enormous HD TVs, and Direct TV for all their favorite channels. The Arcade game, air hockey, and fussball table provided hours of fun for the kids....and peace for mom and dad!

The beautiful location in Peoria is about 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, and only an hour or so away from Prescot, Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome. We took an evening ghost tour in Jerome, AZ. The kids loved that! Shopping is convenient with Walmart Superstore, Target, AJs (higher end groceries) all near by.

Honestly, why would you stay in a commercial resort or hotel, when you could stay here for half the price, and many times the enjoyment ? We loved everything about this house and location and will be back next year!

My husband and I have rented 4 properties thru HomeAway.com and had success with all of them. This time we went with 3 other couples and it was important to have a separate bath for each couple. This house was perfect. The outdoor space is where we spent most our time and it was an excellent set-up. The grilling area was great. The nights were cool and we used the fire pit each morning around 5 am while having our morning coffee. The days warmed up fast and we spent most of them in the pool. The kitchen was amazing and the entire house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate coming back. Thank you to David and Kassandra for their hospitality.

Our family cannot say enough about our experience at David and Kassandra's beautiful home. For starters, the two of them are probably the most hospitable people we have ever met. They've provided everything their guests need and even provide complimentary wine and beer! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, they made sure we had all we needed and promptly responded to every request we made. Their attention to the details that will bless their guests sets them apart. As for their property, it is a spacious, beautifully-decorated home with a pool that will take your breath away! The outdoor grill and fire pit were so much fun as well. We stayed there with our four daughters who had plenty of space, games to play and an amazing neighborhood in which to do their long runs. The home is very private and yet less than a 5-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. We were at the movies and mall in 12 minutes and to watch our beloved Cubs play in 45 minutes. Sedona was an easy, scenic day trip as well. If you're looking for a restful vacation in a lovely home with activity options readily available, this is absolutely the place. Our family will be forever grateful to Dave and Kassandra for their hospitality. Thanks for the memories!

We had a wonderful 10 days in this property. The pictures do not do it justice! The area was quiet but very close to everything we could ever need (groceries, Target, good restaurants). Best of all, it was a short drive to see our World Champion Kansas City Royals play at Surprise Stadium. The owners could not have been nicer nor more accommodating. Their hospitality was above and beyond! Thank you Kassandra and David for making our stay extra special. We hope to see you again next year.

My first VRBO experience. Our group was comprised of 7 adults. We all had private rooms and baths. Very important! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even included water, beer and wine and birthday cupcakes! Nice neighborhood for walking around and David even provided distances for a couple of options. Other trails close by. Kassandra was easy to work with and more than prompt on returning the deposit.

This was our first time ever renting a home for a weeks vacation; It could not have been better! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean everything was and how fresh smelling the home was. The house was beautiful and spacious just as the pictures on VRBO showed. Dave and Kassandra had an activities book on the table showing where you could go for groceries, dining out and day trips - very informative. The walking trails around the home were a fun adventure to go on. Dave and Kassandra were gracious hosts, they didn't want to get in your way of enjoying the house, but were certainly available to answer all questions. The location is perfect as you were an hour away from Sedona and an hour away from Mesa- easy day trips so you could enjoy the pool and fire pit when you came back home.

Would certainly not hesitate to recommend this lovely home!

Our vacation started with one family member having car trouble and as I arrived on the property I saw David had the problem diagnosed and drove us to the auto parts store twice to get the car back into working order. David and Kassandra continued to go out of their way to ensure we had a great time and benefited from all of the house amenities by answering any questions we had, and replenishing firewood nightly. They even refunded our damage deposit within 24 hours of our departure!

The house has a great décor and comfortable furniture so you feel right at home immediately. The master bathroom has a great tub, and dual shower heads. The pool is heated and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen that opens to the family room, play room, and backyard. The home setting is rural, but not out in the sticks, so it feels private and secluded, but not isolated.

We will definitely check availability for this home again when visiting Phoenix again!

I feel lucky to have found this property on my first HA/VRBO experience, and I'll probably never stay at a hotel again. The house is gorgeous. Everything was just as nice as expected based on the pictures and descriptions. It was very clean and comfortable, and it had all the essentials. And I'm pretty sure the elephant themed junior suite helped ensure Alabama pulled out the victory in the National Championship game. My uncle also enjoyed reliving his Galaga glory days on the arcade.

Aside from the house, it was incredibly easy working with the owners. They were very responsive and made sure everything was convenient for us rather than themselves. It was a pleasure doing business with such genuinely good and caring people.

The home owners went above a beyond in every way possible. We have a new home being built about a mile from here and spent almost a entire month there! Great house great people great location. Would highly recommend to everyone! Super kid friendly and just over all first class!

My family stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The home was beautiful and the pool was refreshing for the Arizona heat. We were close to our very early morning hikes and all the other activities we wanted to do. It was nice not to be on top the neighbors which gave us a little more privacy. The owners were delightful to deal with and met us with smiling faces. They offered us great places to dine and some places to make sure we stopped to visit. We gathered with relatives that lived close by and with a fully stocked kitchen, we had all the pots and pans needed to cook a large meal for our entire family. We look forward to our next visit at this gorgeous home.

My family had a fabulous vacation at this lovely home for the second time. The house was not on a postage size lot so there was plenty of space between us and our neighbors and the privacy was great. We were close to all our event locations and the views were perfect. The owners made the house feel like we were back in our own home and the concierge service was a great touch.
